How to keep sleep away while studying..

 Avoiding sleepiness while studying can be challenging, but there are several strategies you can use to stay alert and focused:


Stay Hydrated:

Eat small, healthy snacks to keep your energy levels stable. Nuts, fruits, and vegetables are good options.
